Put 15 dots. Leave 1 dot at both ends and put 13 dots. Similarly put 11 dots two times then 9 dots, 7 dots, 3 dots and stop at 1 dot. Place the similar dot pattern on the other side also.
Draw flowers as shown below.
Draw leaves and circles.
Fill with desired colors.
