16 dots (Ner Pulli) Kolam.
Put 16 dots 2 times, then put dots by leaving 1 dot at both ends and stop at 2 dots.
Draw middle lotus flowers as shown below.
Draw big leaf as shown.
Draw small leaf.
Similarly draw leaves at the other side of the lotus.
Draw similar leaf pattern to all lotus flowers
Color the kolam.
