13 dots (Ner Pulli) Kolam.
Put 13 dots and leaving 1 dot at both ends put 11 dots then 5 dots, 3 dots 3 times and 1 dot.
Draw kolam in simple 3 steps.
Step 1:
Repeat the same pattern at other side.
Step 2:
Step 3: Draw diamonds at middle.
Color the kolam.
